Hageman Foundation for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia has received permission from Mayo Clinic to go ahead with our design for a SAVE THE DATE Bookmark to recieve some of thest just e-mail me. WE are Planning the MEN Seminar in Collaboration with Mayo Clinic for MEN. We are in the process of booking speakers and creating programs at this time. This is the time that any of you, who would like to see and or hear information on MEN and all it has to offer to let us know. There will also be fun events so we can get to know each other and form an advocacy group to have a voice regarding MEN. Several Physicians including Mayo Clinic Physicians that have an interest in MEN will be speaking. If you would like to make an appointment with Mayo Clinics specialized team of Physicians this will have to be made 2-3 mos (I recommend 3) before the seminar. I am working with a local Hotel and trying to get a block of room for a lower price (right now we are at 139.00/night). This hotel is within walking distance to Mayo Clinic and most of Rochester, MN. You will not need any additional transportation unless you want to explore the surrounding area. There are shuttles to and from Minneapolis (Mall of the Americas, and airport, etc.). Im going to be working on some grants for seminar expenses. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
